Here is a little bit about me:

I was born in South Africa, brought to America by my family when I was 5, did this and that, and now I am in the desert of Far West Texas, building an off grid studio with the help of an 83 year old geodesic dome builder. And playing lots of music.

This and that:

During my formative years as a musician and songwriter, I have been lucky to find myself planted in inspiring music communities such as South Africa, Austin Texas, Portland Oregon, and now Far West Texas. Each of these potent, but very different scenes have influenced my music in subtle and permanent ways, like a sonic tattoo.

After more than a dozen years of writing songs, as a passion more than a profession, I finally quit my dayjob a few years ago and set out on a musical path. A good one so far.

The past couple of years, I have been focusing on building an off-grid, solar powered music studio in the desert by Big Bend National Park in Far West Texas. There, I will begin committing a huge catalog of original works to tape and recording friends as well.

I have been fortunate to find venues with an audience who are interested in hearing new and original music and I am constantly seeking new avenues and new listeners. I plan to continue a lifetime of writing, recording, and performing the music I am passionate about, in a new era of opportunity for independent artists and listeners.

My website has song samples and a performance history so that you can hear for yourself and get an idea of the concert settings you may find me, as well as find out about upcoming concerts. If you are a booking agent or a venu and need reassurance, I can provide some unsolicited reviews and testimonials from others within my creative community who know my music well.

As of now, I do all my own production, booking, etc...but I could always use a hand and will offer the standard booking fee to anyone who books and promotes a show in their area.
